Further Details : The offered Rubber Air Spring has a crucial role in complete segregation of equipments and their sub assemblies rather than using isolation process that involves oscillation and shock. The bell shaped structure is fabricated by using superior quality elastomer. The unique design of these rubber products ensures reliable isolation process sans any horizontal deflection. The precise design of these air springs helps to prevent break down of element due to overload or for fluctuation in pressure.

In order to reduce the chance of vertical dampening, these products are accessible with different specifications. The base plate is designed and attached to a pad with anti slippery features in order to simplify trouble free operation of the machine sans any anchor.

Note: We offer the FAEBIĀ® both in EPDM elastomer and stainless steel models in case it is used for outside utilization purpose (that involves separation of air conditioning unit located on the roof top of building).

BILZ Level Controller Systems
The level controlling unit is considered to be an indispensable part of a standard air spring system. The level control can be achieved by utilizing alteration of load occurred on rubber air spring isolated equipments and by stimulating or activating single sided air spring deflection which is not desired, such as by tilting of the equipment.

Isolation against Shock and Oscillation
The frequency of the components differ between 2,5,6 Hz in the vertical direction as per the static load. The natural frequency ratio of the horizontal and vertical direction ranges from 1 - 1, 2.The highest spring deflection at the time of impulse load becomes approximately 15mm.

Range of Application

This product is extensively used for active isolation method of power presses with outstanding speed, for forging hammers and for other machinery with exceptional force. It is compatible with various high precision machine instruments and passive isolation testing and measurement apparatus. The offered systems are also available with motor controlled or electrically driven control leveler.


These components are connected with the machine by screws via pre-drilled holes. The machine can be operated to the floor sans any anchor. A standard valve is used to convert deflated elements into inflated version by applying up to 5 to 6 bar of pressure on deflated elements. In order to maintain proper level of the machine, the entrance of air is either added or is allowed to gain unrestricted access. Its height can be adjusted up to 10 mm level.

Control of Air Pressure

As per customersā€™ request, these parts are available with an air pressure monitor which is useful for viewing status of air pressure i.e. whether the air pressure reaches to the pre set or desired value or not.

Mechanical - Pneumatic control valves

The user friendly design of mechanical- pneumatic control valves are appreciated for their simple operation. The plunger is instrumental in scanning the level consistently. The location of the plunger is changed to a slide valve. The pressure is administered to the air spring or is exhausted from the inner part of air spring as per the position of the slide valve. The level is achieved at 0.1mm with utmost precision. Mainly three types of control valves are utilized. The incoming air supply is managed by a pressure regulator to capture system pressure up to 6 bar. A water trap is used to remove and prevent entrance of steam. Dust and other unwanted foreign bodies are eradicated by using an air filter from air supply unit.

It comes with a Combined Rubber Air Spring Isolator - HD with adaptable dampening

Premium grade metal with spacious sidewall and elastomer are used for the fabrication of the rubber air spring isolator. The air space is partitioned into two separate chambers (dampening/load volume) that are connected by an air tube in order to ensure necessary dampening effect. The dampening can be changed from the outside of the system by using modifiable valve sans any difficulty. It is suggested to modify the dampening during each time of its utilization in order to deal with the generated friction caused by the passing of air stream via the bypass valve. The high dampening effect results in smaller resonance amplitude which in turn makes it slightly difficult to control the movement of the machine (it is advised to see the graph 1a + 1b mentioned on page number 22 of the catalog). Moreover, the energy produced by the machine is later degenerated by the air spring and this entire process results in better performance and long working life of the machine.

Note :

Unlike sticky dampers, the air dampening is wear proof and is free from maintenance or repairing charge. Apart from that, the dampening can be replaced or changed from outside.
